Frank D. Heuszel, Esq.

Mr. Heuszel joined Impact Biomedical in 2020 and has extensive experience in strategic, business, turnaround, and regulatory matters across various industries. His financial and legal expertise drives Impact’s growth by leveraging his background in executive management, finance, and strategic development. He became CEO of the parent company DSS, Inc. in 2019 after holding senior roles in commercial banking for over 35 years.

Mr. Heuszel has served as General Counsel, Director of Special Assets, Credit Officer, CFO, and Auditor. He also ran a successful law practice specializing in litigation, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and collections. A retired CPA and Certified Internal Auditor, he holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
