Mr. Macko joined Impact Biomedical in 2023 and brings over 25 years of expertise in corporate financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy. He joined DSS Inc., Impact’s parent company, in 2021 and his background includes strengths in financial planning, business process re-engineering, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller for Baldwin Richardson Foods, a leading custom ingredients manufacturer for the food and beverage industry and as the Controller for The Outdoor Group, LLC., Genesis Vision, Inc., Complemar Partners, Inc., and Level 3 Communications, Inc. Mr. Macko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.
